This transformative one-week program is crafted for young individuals aged 12-17, eager to embrace leadership roles infused with a strong foundation in Emotional Intelligence (EQ). The curriculum integrates essential leadership skills with EQ principles, communication and teamwork offering a holistic approach to developing capable, empathetic leaders. This program also blends public speaking, team challenges, cultural awareness, and a project-based finale, designed to mold teens into capable future leaders.

Throughout this immersive week, participants will engage in both individual and team-based activities, focusing on effective relationship building, understanding emotional dynamics in leadership, and mastering conflict resolution. The program is designed to encourage self-awareness and self-management, fostering skills that are indispensable for future leaders.

Activities are varied and interactive, tailored to ensure that each participant can practice and reflect on the lessons in real time, thereby solidifying their learning experience. Throughout the week, we also focus on mindset and understanding the power of our thoughts in shaping our feelings and behaviours.
