This dynamic one-week course is designed for young individuals 13-18, eager to step into the realm of leadership with an edge. The program intertwines the core principles of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with essential leadership skills, communication and teamwork, creating a well-rounded learning experience for participants.
During this immersive week, we focus on key aspects such as individual and group dynamics, effective relationship building, and conflict resolution strategies. Participants will delve into understanding their emotional responses and those of others, learning how to lead with empathy and understanding. This course is structured to encourage self-reflection and awareness, skills that are critical for any aspiring leader.
Throughout the week, we also focus on mindset and understanding the power of our thoughts in shaping our feelings and behaviours.
Activities include but are not limited to: Role-playing, Perspective-taking, Reflections, Team based learning through practical scenarios, Team/Mystery Challenges (indoor and outdoor) & Presentations, with prizes to be won during the week!
