Outdoor Learning
Weather permitting, we step outside the typical classroom setting, utilizing the great outdoors to teach, inspire, and foster a love for the world around us.

Hands-on Learning

By enrolling your child in our Programs, you’re not just giving them an educational experience, but a transformative one. We focus on equipping them with life skills like emotional intelligence, leadership, communication resilience, financial literacy, digital citizenship and so much more – skills often overlooked in traditional education. All our facilitators are handpicked based on their credentials, qualifications, and experience working with young kids. We ensure they align with our mission and values, creating a safe and nurturing environment for learning.
Luminara Academy offers a focused curriculum that is largely based on cultivating critical skills that are sure to dominate in a world of technology. While STEAM and STEM programs are fantastic for nurturing technical skills and scientific curiosity, we ensure that your child grows not just intellectually, but also emotionally and socially. This holistic approach prepares them for the real-world challenges that technical skills alone can’t solve. Furthermore, Luminara emphasizes effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling students to articulate their thoughts clearly and confidently. Our approach to creative thinking and problem solving extends to social and personal contexts that apply to all areas of life. It’s not just about what your child learns, but also how they apply it in various aspects of life.
Currently, our pricing is set per individual. However, for future programs and offerings, we recommend subscribing to our site for any special offers or early bird discounts.
Safety is our utmost priority. All our activities are supervised, and we maintain an appropriate instructor-to-student ratio. We follow strict guidelines to ensure the well-being of every child. This includes supervised drop-offs and pick-ups, and supervision during all activities in the Program.
The programs include a mix of interactive workshops, team-based challenges, project-based learning, and practical exercises designed to engage students and foster hands-on learning. We will also have personal reflection time and a special challenge that’s sure to be a highlight. Outdoor activities will be scheduled (weather-dependent).
Our summer programs are designed for students aged 9+ and geared for those in middle school and high school. Each program is tailored to suit the learning needs and skill levels appropriate for this age group.
