Understanding the impact of mindset on one’s life is crucial. We explore how positive thinking and a growth mindset can lead to success and personal fulfillment.
Participants will learn to understand and manage their own emotions and to empathize with others, enhancing their interpersonal relationships and decision-making abilities.
The program emphasizes the importance of collaboration and clear communication, key skills for success in a diverse and interconnected world.
We explore various leadership styles and qualities, helping teens to identify their own strengths and fostering skills in leading teams and inspiring change.
The program focuses on cultivating an analytical mindset, enabling participants to approach complex problems creatively and effectively.
Teens will be equipped with strategies to embrace change, overcome challenges, and bounce back from setbacks, preparing them for the uncertainties of the future.
This intensive 10-week program for teenagers aged 11-15 focuses on critical aspects of personal and professional development. Through interactive learning and practical applications, the program emphasizes Emotional Intelligence and Empathy, Adaptability and Resilience, Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving, Leadership, as well as Teamwork and Communication.
During this immersive semester, we focus on key aspects such as individual and group dynamics, effective relationship building, and conflict resolution strategies. Participants will delve into understanding their emotional responses and those of others, learning how to lead with empathy and understanding. This course is structured to encourage self-reflection and awareness, skills that are critical for any aspiring leader.
Throughout the term, we also focus on mindset and understanding the power of our thoughts in shaping our feelings and behaviors.
Activities include but are not limited to Role-playing, Perspective-taking, Reflections, Team-based learning through practical scenarios, Team Challenges & Projects!
